Said they were from master card wanted to verify personal information

My caller id showed this nuymber, but when I called back 2 minutes later it triggered a phone company, generic message stating that "this number is no longer in service".

I got the same thing, nobody on the phone when I answered and when I called back I got a "not in service" message.
